Please read the following conditions carefully before confirming your stay at Dar Babou.
The booking becomes firm and final upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total stay amount and acceptance of these conditions.
The balance (70%) is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
Any booking made less than 30 days before arrival is paid in full at the time of booking.
The 30% deposit secures the house for your dates and is non-refundable.
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: only the deposit is retained; any amount paid beyond that is refunded.
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount remains due.
Less than 15 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the amount remains due.
These rules apply regardless of the reason (including personal circumstances such as flight changes or cancellations, unforeseen events, illness, or a refused or delayed visa).
Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(l)), leisure accommodation services provided on a specific date are not subject to the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
The booking binds the guest as soon as it is confirmed.
Check-in from 4:00 pm, check-out before 11:00 am.
Adjusted times may be possible depending on availability, upon prior request.
The number of occupants may not exceed that stated at booking (for insurance and comfort); any additional guest must be declared and accepted in advance.
The house is non-smoking indoors.
Pets are welcome upon request.
The infinity pool is neither fenced nor supervised: children’s safety depends on the constant vigilance of accompanying adults.
The stay includes breakfasts prepared by Myriam and housekeeping provided by Mohamed.
Dinners (€20/meal), grocery shopping (at cost), childcare (€5/hour) and activities are available at an additional cost.
The guest enjoys peaceful use of the premises and is responsible for them throughout the stay.
Holiday liability insurance is recommended.
This agreement is governed by Moroccan law; any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Essaouira.
